• No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
• To be entered in this contest, please register on our website and provide your name, a valid mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address so SimpleSavingsNow.com, LLC can send you weekly email updates as well as to use for notifying the winner.
• Limit one entry per person.
• Entries must be received no later than March 31, 2007.
• Eligibility restrictions apply. Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return to sponsor the Affidavit of Eligibility, Travel Release, and W-9 Forms waiving liability before trip certificates can be issued.

• The awarding of prizes is subject to the complete official rules and validation by sponsor's judge whose rulings are final.
• The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the states of Ohio and Michigan who are at least 18 years of age. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited by law.
• Employees of SimpleSavingsNow.com, LLC, advertising agencies, clients of SimpleSavingsNow.com, LLC and their families are not eligible to win.
• Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
• Prize consists of rail or air and hotel. Each prize is valued up to $2,000.
• No substitutions will be allowed. Passengers are responsible for all travel to/from departure city.
• Valid for travel April 1, 2007 - April 1, 2008. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
• All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• By entering the contest, all entrants agree that SimpleSavingsNow.com, LLC. has the right to send the participant weekly e-mail alerts informing them of current special offers from local businesses; use and authorize others to use the participant's name and city of residence, in any print or electronic media, without compensation, unless prohibited by law, in connection with this SimpleSavingsNow.com, LLC trip sweepstakes and for any other purpose, including news and publicity connected with the contest. Participants waive any right to inspect or approve any such use of their name and residence. Participants release SimpleSavingsNow.com, LLC, its members, agents, and employees from all claims or liabilities arising in connection with the uses of their name and city of residence that may be made by, to, or concerning participants in the contest or promotions.
• Trips will be awarded by Central Travel, and winners will be notified by phone or mail no later than April 15, 2007.
• Winner must sign a Publicity Release Form.
